The Lady Owls Basketball Team added another victory on the young season with a 64-53 victory over visiting Baltimore City Community College at Novak Field House.

The Lady Owls led from start to finish by dominating the inside with strong post play from first year players Marissa Akins and JoJoe Briscoe. Both freshmen finished with double-doubles; Akins tallied a career high 27 points, 16 rebounds and Briscoe finished with 14 points, 15 rebounds. Henry A. Wise graduate, Dominique Person, added 15 points and 8 assists to the victory which runs the Lady Owls record to 4-1. 

Women's basketball heats up again on Friday, December 9^th at 5 pm at Novak Field House against the Lady Lakers of Garrett College.
