            <description>&lt;P  style=&quot;; layout-grid-align: none&quot;&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'&quot;&gt;Everyone in the gymnasium at Garrett Community College learned a new rule in the game of basketball on Saturday night.&amp;nbsp;After staging a miraculous comeback and hearing the buzzer go off, the Prince George's Community College Men's Basketball team thought they had a 86-85 victory.&amp;nbsp;While both teams shook hands, Prince George's Community College player Donald Williams grabbed the rim and did a pullup to celebrate the comeback road victory.&amp;nbsp;The official noticed the excessive celebration and accessed a post game (after the buzzer) technical foul.&amp;nbsp;Down 86-85, Garrett's Rodney Clark swished both free throws giving Garrett CC the 87-86 victory.&amp;nbsp;&quot;This is the most bizarre call I've ever seen in my 30+ years of being involved in the game.&amp;nbsp;Although I will never condone the act of grabbing a rim in celebration, the player acted out of emotion,&quot; said Coach Joyner.&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = &quot;urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office&quot; /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
